With a final rage-filled push, Smudge shoves the troll over the the cliff edge. It plunges into the raging underground river and is swept away.
Smudge, Lognirlun, Martin, and Tudo kill the remaining ugly little man. Shaheduzzaman flees and the party pursues him. Smudge deals the final blow. As the life spills from him, Shaheduzzaman laments "So lame!"
