Last time, the party ventured into the sewers under the apemen city with a gaggle of dowsers to try to find the anomalous magical hotspot.
At the start of this session, Roscoe retires to open a club. To replace him in the party, he hires Garth Anon, a human barbarian with the head of a lion. (A wizard did it.)
In the sewers below Ape-men City, Garth explains that he normally kills all evil and only evil, but he'll kill whatever we tell him to kill.
Smudge tells Garth that he's working with us not for us.
The party moves through the dungeon and finds room chock-a-block with ogres sitting around a fire. Nine ogres.

Godzilla Hercules surprises the ogres with a fireball for 28 damage each.
Garth Anon charges into the midst of the ogres and chops one in half with his great sword. Godzilla Hercules follows him and cuts the face off another ogre with his daikatana.

The ogre leader (Ogre Jr.) makes his morale check and takes a swing at Godzilla Hercules, but misses. Another ogre (Ogre-ette) runs around to attack Godzilla Hercules and hit with a giant club (10 damage).
Martin Moonbeams Ogre Jr. and Ogre-ette, damaging both but killing neither.
Smudge charges into the midst of the ogres, casts green flame blade, and stabs Mrs. Ogre for 30 damage. She'd not quite dead.
Ogre Five takes a swing at Smudge and whiffs.
Ogre Six also attacks Smudge and also misses.
Ogre Three also attack Smudge and also misses.
Smudge feels smug about his high Dexterity.
Mrs. Ogre tries to run away, but Smudge cuts her down.

Garth crits and bisects Ogre Five.

Godzilla Hercules kill Ogre-ette, slices Ogre Jr. as a bonus action causing him to surrender, and cuts Ogre Three causing him to surrender as well.

Ogre Six, the last with any fight, swings his massive club at Smudge and hits for 15 damage!
Martin's moonbeam is still trained on Ogre Jr., despite his surrender, and Ogre Jr. takes 4 damage.
Smudge teleports and dashes to catch Ogre Moomin, who'd fled earlier. Ogre Moomin drops his club and surrenders.
Garth goes after Ogre Six and cuts it a couple times but doesn't kill the ogre.
T-Hex kill Ogre Six, Ogre Three, and Ogre Jr. "Show the wicked no mercy."
