A guard on a horse with a bow just noticed smudge. Zoozeki _fire bolts_ the guy on the horse, but only for 7 damage. (Should have shot the horse!) Martin casts moonbeam. The rider makes his saving throw, but the horse does not. The horse throws the rider and runs. Smudge rapiers the now-prone horse(less)man, and pierces his skull. Combat ends. Krystabelle (half-orc) and Anthonly's character (orc) are both eating in the kitchen with the cyclops chef and demonic kitchen staff. Zoozeki listens from the top of the chimney to what's happening in the kitchen. Zoozeki recognizes the Cyclops is speaking demonic. Meanwhile, inside, Anthony's character, who had been eating in the kitchen, walks _out_ the back doors that Smudge was trying to pick the locks for. Reunited outside, we prepare to charge back in to attack. Zoozeki recognizes winged creature as an irinyeeze, fierce and disciplined warriors. The kitchen servants are maines demons. Demons hate devils. But they must both know the other is here. We _polymorph_ Martin to look like Anthony's orc. He and Krystablle go back to their role as the band, and walk back into the dining room. Martin cast _banishment_ while Krystabelle plays music. Martin tries to banish the winged devil woman. She fails her saving throw (a 1!) and vanished with a faint popping noise. The tub of heads starts to shimmer and bubble. The dragon guy is vexed and confused. The butler comes in and says "Krukaka, your men are coming; is something wrong?" (Krukaka is the cephalopod guy.) (We're still waiting for the full sixty seconds for the banishment to be permanent.) One of the heads _magic missiles_ Martin. Martin tries to maintain concentration and fails. Zoozeki uses his staff to make himself _invisible_. Krystabelle shoulders the vat of heads, and knocks it over. Smudge runs through the back door into the kitchen. The demons are stabbing the cyclops cook! Zoozeki (invisible) follows smudge. Loktar (Anthony's orc) runs in too. Loktar hits the demon woman three times for 26 damage. Krystabelle engages the Dastardly Gourmet. She deals 39 damage to the Gourmet. With her first attack. And he's dead. Last words: "I never… tasted… mind flayer…." Krystabelle attacks Theone, the demon woman. He deals a ton of damage, 39 damage. Er, 35 damage because she's immune to fire. The sound of talons scrabbling come from the south door. Zoozeki casts _arcane lock_ on the south door. Zoozeki notices a loose stone hear the north-west of the room, like trigger for a **secret door**. Loktar attack Theone. She takes half damage because Loktar doesn't have a magic weapon right now. Theone attacks Krystabelle for 9 damage, plus 15 poison damage. Martin casts _twilight sanctuary_, which gives all of us temporary hit points. Think Tank, the heads now spilled on the floor, cast _magic missile_ at Krystabelle for 9 damage, another head casts _sleep_ on Krystabelle, and the remaining head casts _shatter_ centered on Krystabelle. Smudge attacks Theone, a sneak attack for 24 damage. Krystabelle heals herself as a bonus action. She then attack Theone for 30 damage. Zoozeki has _unseen servant_ drag the still-living Think Tank heads out the back door. Loktar attacks Theone, and causes some damage. Theone _charms_ Krystabelle! Rahault, Krystabelle's intelligent magic sword counters by taking over Krystabelle! Martin casts _hold person_ on Theone. She fails the save! Smudge finishes her off with 52 damage. Her demon brains explode. Zoozeki shoves the dinner service and an expensive-looking red vase into his _Leomund's secret chest_. To be continued….
